The amount of articles I've been forced to read in class detesting the use of computers, playing video games, texting on phones(something I don't do, but don't really care about), ect. and saying "READ ALL THE BOOKS BECAUSE THAT'S ALL THAT'S EVER GOOD FOR YOU", is nearly endless.
Seriously, in a world that is expanding through technology where it can't expand in real life spatially(no other continents to live in, that are capable of living in, and until we can build under water and/or living spaces, we are stuck with our ground on Earth), people have updated their thinking to use technology properly.
Then there are these assholes who would rather throw books at people.
Like, if you love reading so much, that's fine. Go hang out with your Twilight somewhere else. But I'm not a big fan of books. If I want to read, I'll read on my own god damn time, which I barely have any of.
This does not excuse 1337 SP34K or being an idiot(nothing excuses either), but it's my opinion that our modern technology, as it advances further and further, has become the future of humanity itself and I'm loving and accepting of it.
