How wonderous nature can be, how certain animals transform into wonderful creatures.
I had this idea for a long time, and started yesterday. Just finished it, so you can imagine that it took some time (dunno how much hour, too long but i got vacation :D)
Everything is hand made, the leafs, the background, everything. Ofcourse the background didn't needed much detail, cause i was gonna blur it anyway.
I left the cocoon a bit smaller, cause it didn't pleased me when it was big, took away the focus of the entire picture.

Emotes turning into animals... evolution is a b**ch :P

I thought about animating it... but like you said, it would take a lot more time... + this scene says more then a animation
